Cheesy Vegan Kale Chips

  • 2 Tbs evoo
  • Large bunch of curly kale
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Tear kale up into bite size pieces.  Pour evoo, nutritional yeast, and salt over kale and massage into it.  Spread out evenly on two baking sheets.  Bake 45 minutes and check.  As kale becomes crisp, remove individual pieces, flip baking sheets and continue baking.
