Peach Caprese Salad

  • Sliced fresh yellow peaches
  • fresh basil
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • balsamic vinegar (reduced)

Cut peaches and mozzarella into thick slices and arrange evenly on desired serving vessel.  Place fresh basil leaves between every other slice.  Drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar.  For some added texture, chopped up the nut of you choice and sprinkle on top.  I used pecans.
