An apple that Ben discovered in college when working for Dr. Cressweller at Penn State's Rock Springs Research Farm in the early 2000s. Small, candy red, and striking a lovely sweet/acid balance, this variety originated some 100 km West of where the Wenk family originated, further drawing us to this unique apple.
