Opening on July 1, 2007, Three Springs is an original vendor of Headhouse Farmers Market in Old City Philadelphia. The market operates outdoors year round on Sundays at the historic Shambles in Headhouse Square, North 2nd Street between Lombard and Pine. Main season hours run from 10am – 2pm weekly from May 'till December, shortened to 10am – 1pm during the wintertime months.

Orders for pickup at Headhouse Farmers Market must be placed by noon on Friday to pick up at that Sunday's market. Orders placed after these deadlines will be available the following week, pending availability.
