A widely planted variety that does two things exceptionally well that we value. Fuji possess the ability to maintain all of it's excellent characterstics in regular storage for several months, remaining crisp, juicy, and sweet long into the spring and early summer with great regularity. It's an apple that, while lacking much discernable acidity and tartness, is highly sweet and juicy. The firmness of these fruits are great as well! It's a variety that we're able to sell at farmers markets for about 8 months of the year in regular storage.
