Another underrated apple with loads of valuable characteristics. While they can be a bit biennial, the fruits are aromatic and useful for ciders fresh and fermented. They're pleasant in their balance of sweetness and acidity. They're firm enough in their texture to be useful in a variety of other culinary pursuits. Wholly, they are a versatile and pleasant apple by any measure.
