What a paradox, how such a large-fruited apple can be so often overlooked. These huge yellow-green fruits look for all the world like big baking apples. And while they're very suitable for baking, especially those who want the most 'yield' for their peeling and slicing time, they're also a treat when eaten fresh. Better bring a friend along though! Pronounced "MOOT-sue".
